Vocabulary Guides to Classic TV Shows It's cool to be able to sit down, turn on the TV and flip over to a Spanish language station and understand what is being said--and to actually enjoy the content. It's also very difficult and can be overwhelming to try to decipher what is being said. But if, while you are training your ear and strengthening your vocabulary, you know ahead of time what words are going to be used, it's a huge benefit. Based on the classic 1936 text by Estefanía D. de Chávez and updated for 2008 by the authors of the Big Red Book of Spanish Vocabulary, the program teaches you Spanish in 52 lessons using text and audio in Spanish beginning with Lesson 1. The program includes the on-line text and soon to be published audio, questions and answer keys. You Tube Vocabulary Guides There are many entertaining Spanish language postings on You Tube. You could take advantage of these dictionary in hand. Or you could use our vocabulary guides and really streamline the time you spend learning vocabulary while you watch and listen to You Tube. We feature songs (I Can Only Imagine, Te Quiero Tanto, Tanto, Tanto, Jesus Loves Me, songs terrific songs by the group Acappella) cartoons, Charlie Brown, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and more. It's just plain fun so learn Spanish while singing and watching cartoons.Vocabulary Guides to the New Testament Some have learned a foreign language just through studying the Bible. Because of their familiarity with the English version they were able to put together the pieces to a target language and learn the language. There are so many tools available today that you don't need to do that. But, what better way to build your vocabulary than to study the Scriptures? We make this easier to do by supplying vocabulary lists to passages from the Spanish New Testament, Dios Habla Hoy, a version written in everyday Spanish speech.
